Ingredients
- 9 inch meatloaf/bread pan
- 1 pound (lb) of ground beef
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cup of white onion
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, add the ground beef, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, white onion and egg. Mix together well.
- Gradually add in the bread crumbs and mix together well.
- Tightly pack the meatloaf mixture into the 9-inch meatloaf/bread pan.
- Cover the top with the ketchup and put in the oven.
- Cook for 45 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving
