Peanut Butter Pie
Prep Time:
  15 minutes    
Freeze Time:
  6 hours
   
Remove
from Freezer:
  30 minutes before cutting    
Yield:
  8 slices of pie    
Ingredients and amounts:
  • 3 oz of cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 8 oz of frozen whipped cream thawed
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 cup of chocolate syrup

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl whip cream cheese at low speed until soft and fluffy. Gradually beat in confectioners can sugar and creamy peanut butter at medium speed.

Slowly add milk then the whipped cream, while on medium speed. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust. Sprinkle the outside edges of the pie with the finely chopped peanuts. Pour the chocolate syrup around in a zigzag pattern.

Freeze until firm for more than seven hours. Remove pie from the freezer 1/2 hour before cutting and serving the pie.
