Ingredients and amounts:

9 inch meatloaf/bread pan
-
1 pound (lb) of ground beef

1/4 teaspoon of salt
-
1/4 teaspoon pepper
-
1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
-
1/4 cup of white onion
-
1 large egg
-
1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
-
1/4 cup of ketchup
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl, add the ground beef, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, white onion and egg. Mix together well.
Gradually add in the bread crumbs and mix together well. Tightly pack the meatloaf mixture into the 9-inch meatloaf/bread pan. Cover the top with the ketchup and put in the oven.
Cook for 45 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving
