Tossed Salad

Salad Lettuce in Bowl

Prepared Tossed Salad

Prep Time:
  15 minutes

  15-20 Servings    
Ingredients and amounts:
  • 3 heads of Romaine lettuce
  • 2 carrot sticks
  • 1 cucumber
  • 5 celery sticks
  • 16 oz cherry tomatos
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz pimento stuffed manzanilla olives

Cooking Instructions:

Rinse all the vegetables.  Cut the lettuce, carrot sticks, cucumber, and celery sticks and put into a big bowl.

Add tomato’s, olives and cheddar cheese.  Put the cheese on the side for the lactose intolerant.
