BLT Pasta Salad

Peanut Butter Pie in Bowl

Yield:
  10-12 servings    
Ingredients and amounts:
  • 16 oz or 1 lb of Conchiglie Rigate Noodles
  • 1-cup miracle whip
  • 3 oz real bacon bits
  • 4 cups or 1 Head of Romaine lettuce
  • 5 Roma tomatos
  • 1-cup carrots
  • 1-cup radishes
  • 2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Boil water for the noodles

Rinse all the vegetables. Cut the lettuce, carrot sticks, radishes, and tomatos up and set aside.

Rinse the boiled and cooked noodles and place into a large bowl. Add the miracle whip and stir. Add the bacon bits and stir. Add the tomatos, carrots, radishes and stir. Lastly add the romaine lettuce. I sometimes add (2) cups of extra sharp cheddar cheese

Cover and place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
